Δεν ξέρω αν σας έχει τύχει καμιά φορά να νιώθετε άβολα που αποκαλύπτεται ένα κρυμμένο θυσαυρό....εγώ πάντως έτσι νιώθω με το ιταλικό ταβερνάκι που θα σας αποκαλύψω. Λοιπόν το ταβερνάκι είναι στην Αθήνα κοντά..... και συγκεκριμένα στη Γλυφάδα. Αν και το μέγεθος του είναι υπερβολικά μικρό, με μόλις 5-6 τραπέζια παρόλα αυτά είναι από τις φορές που παραδέχεσαι οτι τελικά το μέγεθος ίσως και να μην μετράει! Ο τύπος που το έχει είναι Έλληνας, νοτιο αφρικανός αν δεν κάνω λάθος, και στην αρχή φαίνεται σχετικά παράξενος και μυστήριος. Όμως εγώ τελικά τον συμπάθησα γιατί υποψιάζομαι ότι πάσχει από αφάνταστη τελειομανία!! Το φαηγτό του είναι απλά τέλειο....ξεκινώντας από τα ζυμωμένα ψωμάκια (μάλλον) παραγωγής του, την τρομερή σαλάτα με γκορκοντζόλα, μήλο και μέλι., τις τρομερές μπουκιές από λιαστή ντομάτα, μοτσαρέλα και προσούτο...(το οποίο κόβει σε μηχάνημα κρεοπωλείου μπροστά σου!!) έως τις τέλειες μακαρονάδες.
(Συμβουλή: Πρέπει απαραίτητα να κάνει κράτηση!!!!)
(Θέματα Χρημάτων: Δεν είναι και φθηνός...γύρω στα 80 ευρώ τα δύο άτομα με κρασί το έχεις στο τσεπάκι νομίζω...αλλά αξίζει με το παραπάνω!!!) Ανυπομονώ να ανέβω Αθήνα σύντομα!
I do not know if has ever happened to you, to feel uncomfortable when you are about to reveal a hidden place… I am feeling this way now since I am about to reveal to you the best Italian tavern on my opinion outside Italy.
The tavern is in Athens nearby ..... and more precisely in Glyfada. Even if the size is excessively small, with hardly 5-6 tables nevertheless it is from these cases where you must admit that finally the size perhaps is not that important.....but how you use it!

The type of the Greek owner, southern African actually, initially appears relatively strange and rude. However I finally like him because he is original and I suspect that he is also suffering from unimaginable perfectness!! The food he is offering is simply perfect….beginning from the bread that seems to be made by him to the amazing salad with gorgontzola, apple and honey. the delicious bites from sun-cured tomato, mozzarella and prosciutto… (which cuts in the butcher machine in front you!!) along with the delicious pasta.
(Tip: It is essential that you make a reservation!!!!)
(Money matters: Is not cheap… round the 80 Euros the two individuals with wine, but I believe… that he deserves that price!!!) I cannot be patient to go to Athens as soon as possible.
